It's too hard, not comfortable using it
Good but not as described
I’m using this for an LLD on one side. The fabric material used on top is much nicer than the other lifts I purchased. But the body of the lift is a soft foam that has compressed down to around a half inch. As a result I have a felt pad underneath and put my Superfeet on top. This still does not reach 1” but it’s enough to provide relief and will still fit in my shoe (high tops). I wish they sold them singly or with the option of two L/R as I could use another but only use one of the pair.

I still like the look of the shoes, but the height increasement wasn´t 6 cm as promised but only 4 cm. So I sent them back wothout a tracking number weeks ago. Sending them with a tracking number would have cost me more than the shoes themselves. So if you can offer the same shoes wiht really 6 cm hight increasement, tell me, I´d like to have them. The other item (the insoles) are fine, just as described.
Great insoles
Great company, great shoes and strong durability sole. Fit perfect in my size 11 shoes.
firm, but functional
This 0.8" insole has almost no cushion (it's noticeably firmer than the 1" insoles sold here), but it's not a dealbreaker: Just put this insole *underneath* your shoe's normal insole and then's it's perfectly fine. Worst case, you can just add a cheap thin memory foam insole on top.
Just enough
Worked perfect in my shoe. Just enough so that my back feels better aligned as my chiropractor recommended I get something like these. It worked and no longer have the pain in my lower back.
Disappointing experience
If a PO Box is unacceptable it shouldn’t let me enter one. That’s how every other online purchase works. This caused my package to arrive after I had already left town and it got returned to sender.
