Heel height: 1 1/4". Shaft height: 7 1/4". Heel height measurement is taken using the outer back visible sole. This is not the elevation but contributes to part of the height increase. Styles with a lower heel height will be more discrete. How is shaft measured? We measure the shaft height from the bottom of the footwear to the top of the collar or highest point. So, a low top will have a lower shaft height.

Great boots!
These boots are great! Super comfortable. However, not knowing when I was going to receive them was concerning. I was originally told about a week which was fine. When I checked the status a week later I saw that they were still in CA. When wrote to find out why I ended up getting them 2 days later so all was well.
Package stolen
Told Tallmen Shoes to deliver the shoes to rear of residence. Told FedEx to place the package at rear of residence. Package was stolen and Tallmen Shoes blamed me for the whole ordeal. Bad experience.
Package stolen
I instructed Tallmen Shoes and FedEx to place the package at back of my house as I was leaving town. It was placed on front porch and stolen. Then when I contacted Tallmen Shoes I was blamed for the package being stolen. Horrible service!
Work great with riding gear
These are comfortable boots and look good. I use them with my motorcycle gear.

Calto K8701 black boot
Overall experience was good. I ordered the same size as I regularly wear. When they arrived they did seam a little bit big and hard feeling on the bottom of my feet. I added some gell insoles and they feel great. I ordered these to help get both feet flat on the ground while riding certain motorcycles and they do that very well and the best part is they do not look as though they are living you up. With out these boots I would have boots with 3 inches of rubber showing. Shipping was awesome, boots arrived in 2 days and I live in Canada. I have already recommended these boots and or shoes to my family and friends.
