De totale verhoging van 9,5 cm heeft ondersteuning in de middenzool die je houding behoudt terwijl je recht en lang kunt lopen. Het beschikt over een bovenwerk van mesh en synthetisch materiaal van hoge kwaliteit, samen met een met synthetisch rubber beklede, gecementeerde zool. De binnenkant is met stof gevoerd en de verborgen verhoging is en biedt voldoende ruimte voor uw voet. Fits perfectly
Heel of foot doesnt fit in all the way
Not quite enough room for the heel to fit all the way in the shoe when wearing them.
Trainers
I bought these height increase trainers because I currently wear height increase shoes at work, being that I am only 5ft6ins tall they make me look around 5ft8 1/2 - 5ft9ins tall. I normally wear shoes that make me 2 inches taller because I feel more comfortable wearing them. The trainers even though they add an extra 3 inches in height, they definitely feel comfortable, but I would not recommend playing soccer when wearing the trainers or going on a long distance run, but for a walk or just going out casually they are comfortable enough.

Great fit and look! Would definitely buy again. A friend gave me a compliment on these shoes the first day I wore them, and he didn't even know they had extra height built it. Can't go wrong with classic black and white.

A few things to be aware of, but overall fantastic result!
Overall great shoes! Just a few things to note before buying: - The height only brought me up roughly 2 3/4 inches, not 3.4 inches like suggested (I'm still very happy with the height it gave me, though) - The other reviews mentioned going a size up and I'd agree. I went a size up when ordering and it fits well - I would recommend only wearing the shoes for short periods of time when you first get them (at least while standing), there's a slight but noticeable incline in the heel but once you get adjusted to it, it's actually quite comfortable. Some good things about the shoes is that it hides the height well! You can't even tell that they're "height shoes" without looking at them really closely. One of my insecurities was that my mom was noticeably taller than me, but with the shoes it brought me a little bit taller than her! I like these so much that I just bought the same pair but in white! I would highly recommend if you're insecure about your height.
